Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based protocol for treating disorders of overcontrol such as Chronic Depression, Anorexia Nervosa, Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, Treatment Resistant Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Maladaptive Perfectionism. Through each 90-minute, 30-week session members will learn skills to address over control traits that inhibit their ability to connect and build healthy relationships with others. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based approach that teaches mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills for individuals dealing with disorders of Emotional Dysregulation such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder and/or Anxiety Disorder. The skills class group is for the purpose of learning these skills and utilizing experiential exercises to reinforce learning. At this time, groups are via a Telehealth HIPPA Compliant Platform.
