Race Based Trauma Processing Group

In this six week long group, participants will be able to share stories and experiences in a safe space, while being witnessed by others who have shared lived experiences. There will be a time and space for processing traumatic experiences, including not feeling safe on a daily basis, processing microaggressions, code switching and what it means to be Black and Brown POC in America. This group will be intimate and small, with a total of 8-10 participants and meet weekly for 6 weeks. Insurances accepted and probono spots available if needed!

This ongoing open topic process group is for anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA2S+ and wants to build relational resilience. Join us for a weekly virtual interpersonal process group focusing on relationships, communication, and mental health resilience for our communities. Session topics can include, “Engaging in Trans Joy”, “Finding Your Queer Self”, and “Imagining a Queer Future.” The intent of this group aims to increase the ability to represent more fully and authentically in your life and build supportive relationships that serve as a source of strength and resilience.
