Q-TOWN (Queer-Trans Or Whatever Network), Adult
A support group for young adults who are coming out, transitioning, questioning or experiencing gender dysphoria, stress, anxiety or depression. You are the experts, advocates and allies, capable of teaching each other how to cope and offering peer-led feedback. I will use my principles grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy to serve as a foundation for coping skills. Q-TOWN, Adult deals with navigating relationships with family, friends and loved ones as adults.
