Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Group
Group therapy is a long-term treatment where a small group of people engage in a group process whereby the individuals in the group explore the interpersonal relationships within the group. This process of exploring dynamics within the groups allows for both an emotionally corrective experience and the opportunity to build self-awareness in interpersonal dynamics. By exploring their past, examining their reactions in the present, and expressing their thoughts and feelings in real time, group members are able to understand their minds and get more of what they want in life. Groups are co-ed. In-person, hybrid and virtual options available.

Groups are a wonderful place for people to come together to share their experiences and coping strategies, provide and receive encouragement, and ultimately gain a deeper understanding of their own feelings so they can better process them. Women can share strategies for coping and provide encouragement to one another. Talking to other women with similar experiences can be extremely helpful in understanding one’s own feelings. Groups help individuals build a community for support and friendship. Virtual and in-person options available.
IVF Support Group
While it is common to experience complex emotional responses around fertility struggles and the IVF process (such as anxiety, sadness or hopelessness), it is valuable to address these responses and feelings as early as possible to work through them and help prevent them from evolving. Groups are a wonderful place for people to come together to share their experiences and coping strategies, provide and receive encouragement, and ultimately gain a deeper understanding of their own feelings so they can better process them. Groups can provide invaluable community where meaningful relationships can be built and experiences can be validated. Virtual and in-person options available.
