Psychodynamic Processing Group
Virtual Group: A psychodynamic here and now processing group is a type of therapy where a group of people talk about their feelings and thoughts with peers who help them understand why they feel a certain way. A great way to imagine this, is a circle of people with spoons too long to feed themselves, so they feed each other. The group focuses on two things: relationships and anxiety. Many of us have been taught there is only one “right” way to be in relationships, even though the same thing doesn’t work for everyone. This group aims to empower you to author the story of your life to achieve relational and sexual satisfaction. Through interactive exercises, participants will clarify their desires and boundaries while learning effective strategies to communicate them. Facilitators will tailor activities to the group’s needs, ensuring that participation is always optional.
