Processing Neurodivergence
Do you find yourself grappling with the challenges of neurodiversity, constantly navigating stressors, and feeling drained from the effort of masking? You're not alone! I'm currently inviting individuals to join an in-person process group for those facing similar experiences. This women’s group aims to cultivate a safe and supportive space where participants can explore, process, and connect with others in the community. Rather than focusing on therapeutic skills, our emphasis is on fostering connection and sharing experiences. I invite you to join us in exploring the intricacies of neurodiversity and empowering one another through connection!

Support Group for Parents of Children with ASD
Join us for a supportive, in-person group for those parenting children who meet criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD, ages 4-12. This group will be a place to compassionately connect with other parents through shared experiences of raising children with ASD/ADHD. Group members may process thoughts and feelings surrounding their child's diagnoses including navigating the challenges associated with social dynamics among family members at home and with those at school. This group will build upon coping skills of how to manage stressors and communication among parents, work through grief, shame and guilt, and find some peace.
