Pre-Teen Art DBT Skills Group
This group is for ages 11-13 who love to create! We use DBT informed art interventions to help teach pre-teens healthy coping skills in the DBT modules of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each group session is $50 and incorporates a mindfulness practice and 2-3 DBT skills instruction through an art modality. This group just runs through the summer.
