Pre-Marital Counseling Group

Ellie Cypress West is excited to offer group classes for couples who are thinking about taking the leap to get married. Program follows The Gottman Method. Premarital counseling is found to have a positive impact in lower divorce rates, less relationship conflict and greater quality in marital harmony. Partners will understand where they line up on “the big 4”, and know much more about each other, before their big day. Need another reason to have premarital counseling? Marital distress can also lead to more mental health problems.Our group will be led by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Mark Cochran.
