Postpartum Support Group

This support group welcomes mothers who are struggling with Postpartum Depression and/or Anxiety to a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to learn and process together. Benefits of the group include: * coping tools, self care and healing * your changing identity, self-esteem * communicating with your partner * attachment with your baby * developing a mama tribe Babies are welcome too, of course!
