Post Partum Parents Group

Parents need support after baby is born. A roller coaster of emotions are attached to all of the changes going on during this precious times in parenthood hood. We will cover topics like emotional well being in motherhood, relationship challenges, expectations as a mother, post baby body, managing a home with a baby in it, how to soothe a new baby, keeping and developing new parts of your identity. This group is intended to provide support and guidance through one on the most humbling times in your life. (Dates and times will be determined on an as needed basis)
