Phobease is an evidence based, 10 session, online, psychoeducational class designed to teach Cognitive Behavioral tools to help adults or children overcome their anxieties. Maggie Dix, MSW, LSW is a licensed social worker and certified Phobease teacher who has been helping people conquer their anxiety since 2002.
