Personal Transformative Intensives
This is a 5-month group therapy process one weekend a month where we explore our patterns in a closed group setting in a very safe way to heal many different areas of our life. The areas that are addressed in this retreat are codependency, addictions, abuse, mind body relationship and healthy relationships. Agreements with insurance can be discussed. Come join us for a weekend immersion to wake up to the patterns of codependency that keep you from living the life you truly desire. Many times we "settle" for less then we deserve and may struggle with knowing how to ask for our needs to be met. We explore this in a safe container in group setting to learn experientially the "how" to relate vulnerably with other adults.
