Personal Relationship Growth Group

This group is based on the belief that learning to make relationships work is at the core of human development. This means all relationships - your -self, your higher power, children, coworkers, friends, lovers, spouses and so on. Healthy intimate relationships require us to deal with our own behaviors, habits, traits and patterns within ourselves that keep the relationship from growing. The goal of this group is to help clients increase intimacy in personal relationships, learn to express thoughts and emotions, communicate effectively, improve self esteem and confidence, and learn to identify and meet personal needs and resolve or manage conflicts.
