Penfield Psychiatry - John Purificato
John Purificato is an NCCPA certified physician assistant and a recent graduate from SUNY Upstate Medical University. John also graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Experience working in Cardiology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. John gained experience in Psychiatry while training at the Syracuse Community Health center, learning how to manage a variety of psychiatric conditions.

Penfield Psychiatry - Elise Condor
Elise is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with training from University at Rochester. She has over a decade of psychiatric nursing experience in emergency psychiatry, inpatient hospitalizations, outpatient community clinics, and incarcerated settings, and teaching nursing students at local universities. At Penfield Psychiatry, Elise will offer psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication treatment to patients ages 18 years and older, with a focus on anxiety, trauma, stress/adjustment, depression, and other mood disorders. She is currently accepting new patients
