Peaceful Pathways for Teens
This group will utilize the evidenced-based program, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction for Teens, to teach mindfulness skills and provide tools for ages 13 to 18. MBSR-T groups are 12-week, 60-minute sessions and include a monthly parenting session. Teens will be split based on age and grade. It is a mind-body approach with a goal to improve a teen’s functioning and quality of living, by learning mindfulness skills, directing their attention to the positive and “Taking in the Good”, and building healthy coping skills.

Social Smarts Squad - Social Learning Group
Ongoing, small group for ages 10/11 using cooperative games, role play and fantasy games, experiential learning activities, books, and play-based strategies, informed by Social Thinking™ methodology. Group is geared towards children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and/or anxiety disorders. Goals of this group will be for children to understand and learn how to navigate the social world, to respond to various social situations and interactions effectively and make improvement in social goals.

College and Career Transitions Young Adult Group
This is an ongoing group geared towards young adults (18-22), transitioning out of high school into college and/or first jobs, with autism spectrum disorder - level 1, ADHD, and/or anxiety. This group will focus on enhancing group members’ understanding of executive functioning skills that are integral to navigating college life, the transition into the work force and young adulthood.
