Parents of Children with OCD and Anxiety

We are starting a Parent Group for Parents of Children and Adolescents with OCD and Anxiety! We're here to provide a supportive and informative space for parents who are navigating the challenges of raising children facing these difficulties. Our group is built on the foundations of the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) parenting principles.
