Parents of Adult Children With Mental Illness

This virtual group is for parents that have an adult child facing a mental health challenge or crisis. The group is facilitated by Michelle Muff a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. You will gain coping skills, know you are not alone and learn when to step in and help and when to step away and set boundaries. You will find strength in sharing experiences and journey towards forgiveness of your child and yourself.
