Now Enrolling: Are you a parent navigating the challenges of raising a child with anxiety or OCD? I am thrilled to present Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a game-changing program designed to guide you through this journey. Developed in collaboration with Yale University’s Child Study Center, SPACE is an innovative approach that offers parents effective strategies to support their children's emotional well-being. Research has shown that SPACE is just as effective as individual cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in treating child anxiety disorders and OCD. This is an 8 week, teletherapy group for parents of anxious kids.
