Parenting Group (Virtual)
Parents come together to learn strategies that will help to improve the communication with their children. Parents are learn how to how to become more attentive to their child’s needs while also learning how to establish clear boundaries. Parents are able to freely share their challenges while receiving support and resources from other likeminded individuals while building parenting skills. This is a virtual group and is open to anyone who lives in New York State.

Girls learn how to manage stress, build self-esteem, overcome bullying make good decisions and have healthy relationships. The girls also address topics such stress, confidence, social anxiety, communication and so much more. 13-18 years-old. Every other Thursday from 6-7PM. This is a virtual group and is open to anyone who lives in New York State.

Inner Balance: Chronic Illness and Mental Health
Living with chronic illness not only impacts your body but it can also take a toll on your mind. In this group participants have a safe environment to share their experiences, learn how to cope effectively and lean in to their strengths and their support systems. The purpose of this group is to empower individuals living with chronic illness to find purpose, motivation and courage despite there physical condition. We can get through this together. This is a virtual group.
