During the COVID19 crisis (and likely beyond), we offer our weekly group classes via Zoom. You can log in from the privacy of any location. Contact our office for log-in instructions. Our online Anger management group class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm. Parenting classes meet via Zoom on Tuesday's from 7:00-8:00pm. Each class is $35, Enrollment is $50 and we use a workbook $30 (we will mail to you). We not only service Orange County, CA but anyone in the U.S. can attend!. Anger Management classes | Anger Management support group meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm in Laguna Beach (Orange County). These group classes are ideal for a court requirement OR for seif-improvement and self growth. Learn skills in areas like empathy, compassion, mindfulness, communication, forgiveness, stress management and much more. Open to men and women. Expect a fun and engaging learning experience.
