Parent and Teen DBT Skills Group
Are you unsure of how to effectively parent challenging behaviors, feel that there is difficulty in communication with your teenager, want to provide your teen with effective coping and communication skills, or would just like to improve overall harmony within your family, this is the group! This group is focused on providing skills to both the parent & teen to improve relationships and establish skillful behaviors. The group is co-facilitated by a mental health therapist and an OT to provide whole whole-person, mind-body care as well as specialized attention for parents and their teens to develop individualized skills.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
MBSR is an evidence-based program based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. During the 8-week group, you'll learn the basics of mindfulness, gentle yoga, and mindful communication. Through this program, participants learn in increase their present moment awareness, transform your response to stress, reduce anxiety and depression, and transform your relationship to chronic pain.
