Learn in group to overcome your emotions of codependent by working your people pleasing, anger, fear, shame, loneliness and pain. Get the support for setting boundaries, healthy communication, challenging enabling behaviors, self validation, etc. Objective Include: learning: boundary setting skills, how to stop allowing guilt/anxiety to drive your decisions, how to identify manipulative/ maladaptive dynamics, assertive communication, how to tune in to your own emotions and needs, how to regulate your emotions and reactivity, coping skills/self-care, validate and improve self esteem. Anger management Stategies Group
This weekly group is specifically geared toward teaching new anger management techniques and strategies that have been proven to be effective. The group is both psycho-educational and psychotherapeutic (all group members have the opportunity to discuss their own real-life situations while gaining valuable insight into the role that they play). Much of the group's focus is on improving relationships with friends, family members, romantic partners, and co-workers, and also reducing feelings of anger toward oneself and toward others while driving, in crowds, etc. It's via zoom meeting.
