Research has shown Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness approaches are effective in overcoming anxiety. In this group, you will learn a variety of techniques proven to reduce anxious thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Our hope is that through this group, participants will: 1) have the chance to build relationships with others who understand their struggle with anxiety; and 2) will develop new skills that they can use to address anxiety long after this group is over.
