Online Processing Group
Please join us for a weekly Women's processing group that will take place on ZOOM which is an online portal that gives us access to see each of the participants and interact for an hour each week. The goal of the group is to help you reconnect to your head and your heart, to better understand your feelings so that you understand your needs, and to learn to experience true intimacy with others. The group experience is a powerful way to gain support during the pandemic and to do so in an economical way. Groups are $150/month for weekly one hour sessions.

Group involves coming together in a safe setting and with mutual purpose - to process life's struggles and examine our stories in order to ultimately heal our hearts and gain true relationship with those we love. Group focuses on learning how to share our feelings and our fears in order to recognize our wounds and to heal through the building of healthy relationship with others. To be seen and truly known by others who are able to have connection with you is our ultimate goal.
