This biweekly online support group is for LGBTQIA+ youth, ages 13-17 years old, who would like a safe space to talk about topics like gender expansiveness, romantic and sexual identities, LGBTQ rights, intersectionality, self love and acceptance, healing as a collective and more! Virtual Moms of Infants and Young Children Group
This 6-week online group, starts January 18th from 10:30-11:30 am and will be geared toward new moms and moms of young children seeking support around the many challenges of motherhood. This is a nonjudgmental space for moms to come together to feel heard, accepted, understood and supported. We will meet weekly to discuss: - Self-compassion - Mindfulness - Identity and body image - Relationships - Boundaries - Self-care In the interest of making this group more accessible to new moms, we will meet virtually via Zoom and babies are welcome!
