On site Bereavement and Process Groups

On Site Anticipatory Grieving, Bereavement or Process Groups are available for companies/facilities/agencies who have a coworker who has a serious illness, or has passed away. Sarah von Colditz, MSW, LCSW has over 5 years experience as the Hospice Social Worker and Bereavement Coordinator at Lower Columbia Hospice. During that time she facilitated bereavement groups, as well as did on site visits to several local companies, facilities, schools and agencies when a significant loss occurred.
