Everyone who comes through my office door has one thing in common: the wish to suffer less and enjoy life more. I can help you achieve your life goals and dreams. I see my job as listening to you carefully, patiently, and through the lens of my professional expertise, in order to identify the hidden obstacles to your greater wellbeing. Together, in an atmosphere of nonjudgmental, accepting, respectful communication, we will interrupt dysfunctional patterns and build on your strengths. The results of a successful treatment will be that you no longer feel "stuck"; instead, you will feel like life offers you more possibilities.

This virtual mindfulness group offers an education in mindfulness, it’s impact on stress, & simple techniques to cultivate a foundation for a peaceful emotional & physical state. This is more than lessons in mindfulness, it’s a place to practice, problem solve what’s holding you back from sustaining calm & meet others with similar goals. If meditation intimidates you or you’ve never been able to sustain a practice, this group is for you. If deal with stress/anxiety & feel like you can’t beat it, join this group. Our focus is creating a toolkit of techniques that work for you.

My goal is to create a uniquely secure space for you to identify your blocks, understand your relationship to them, & find the tools you need to break through. Each of us has an innate potential for change & growth. I will jump into the work with you & be by your side throughout your discovery. My intention is to bring compassion & truth-telling to the process. After nearly two decades as a mindfulness educator, I believe our connection to our mind & body brings us closer to our motivation & inherent resilience. In our work together we’ll explore this connection to guide you toward the truest & most powerful version of yourself.

We are none of us just one thing. I bring my experiences as a woman, a bilingual emigrant with a multicultural inheritance, a dancer, and a seasoned psychotherapist to my work with clients. My appreciation of multiple roles, allegiances, and identities held in harmony and in tension with one another enriches my understanding of the people who choose to work with me. I know how hard life in the city can be. I know too how transformative it can be, to be truly heard and understood in all one’s complexity.
