We all know taking care of our own emotional needs will make us better parents, but we don’t have the time because… we are busy parenting. As a parent myself, I understand this dilemma. I am passionate about helping parents feel better both for themselves and for their families. We will discuss common mental health challenges like anxiety and depression. We will talk about ways to improve our moods, work, relationships, and parenting. We will listen to each other and share how things are really going. Drop-ins welcome--no long term commitment. See our website for details.
