Neurodivergent Young Adult Life Transitions
This group will be centered around support and assistance making the transition to college and/or the workforce for young adults that are either diagnosed with, or identify as having, ADHD and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We will explore coping strategies for sensory overload or feeling emotionally overwhelmed, the social norms of these new environments, and how to be successful in college and the workplace.

Neurodivergent Young Adult Support Group
This group will be focused on individuals that identify as or are diagnosed as neurodivergent and allow for a safe space to share experiences and ideas with others that understand what you may be experiencing. The group will meet weekly under the direction of Matthew Lunsford. Matthew is a Supervisee in Clinical Social Work and behavior analyst that has been in practice since 2021. He is trained in group therapy and will assist in facilitating communication with group members and offering reflective feedback or other ideas as needed. Matthew is neurodivergent himself and enjoys offering a healing space for all.
