This 90 minute weekly online group is for Parents with autism and/or ADHD address issues related to parenting and relationships. The exercises in group will help increase self esteem and deepen sense of belonging. Parents will build resilience, compassion and confidence navigating the unique challenges neurodivergent parents face.

The exercises in this group increase self esteem and deepen their sense of belonging. Members gain resilience, compassion, and confidence navigating the unique developmental milestones teens face. One group for ages 12-14 and one for 15-17.

This group will build skills of resilience, compassion, and confidence in navigating the unique challenges kids face. One group for ages 6-8, and one for ages 9-11.
