DBT Graduate Group
Our virtual DBT graduate group provides ongoing skills reinforcement and peer support for individuals who have completed an intensive DBT program. After going through comprehensive DBT involving individual therapy, skills groups, coaching, and consultation over a year or more, some choose to continue practicing DBT skills in a less intensive graduate group setting. This allows them to review core mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills, stay motivated by like-minded peers, and sustain progress made during primary DBT treatment.
