Neuro Spicy Art Therapy

Art Therapy provides a space to get out of your left brain- which is your logic and language center- and into your right brain of expression, metaphor and meaning making. The group setting allows a small community of like minded individuals to safely connect in meaningful ways that can destigmatize and validate the experiences of being Neurodivergent in a Neurotypical world. You can expect to deepen your understanding of Neurodivergent aka Neuro spicy diagnosis, develop interpersonal skills, connect and build community. It is not necessary to have a formal diagnosis to attend. We believe you.
