We all imagine a life worth living. We hope to get up each and every day with a clear sense of purpose and self-worth. And sometimes, life becomes overwhelming. The day to day tasks of living may feel insurmountable, and we may even consider giving up or running away from it all. We are pulled in so many directions and feel out of the driver’s seat in our own lives. Relationships we once valued seem meaningless and activities that used to bring us joy no longer do. We need to be reminded of who we are and our value to this world. We all want to be heard, understood and validated.

Somewhere along the way you feel you lost yourself. Whether it be in motherhood, wifehood, single-hood, your career, or in relationships. For one reason or another, the person you face in the mirror is not who you thought you would become. That very reason, brought you here and I am so glad you found me. I am here to meet you where you are. True liberation comes when we can accept all of who we are, understanding that every part, no matter how painful, deserves love and care. I help women step into full power by rediscovering self, and creating balance to maintain harmony in their lives.

I know it can feel like a challenge to ask for help - I know because I've done it myself. You've started to reflect on some of the things that have happened to you in life, maybe based on the way you were raised or significant events that have altered your way of living and thinking. You may feel stuck, you want more from your life and you want to change. You understand that in order to make change, you've got to work through some layers of your mind that can be inhibiting your growth. Allowing another person to hold your story with you sounds iffy but there is deep relief in knowing you are not alone.

You never seem to quite fit in. No matter how hard you try it feels as though those around you have some sort of secret code that they all know and use to. As much as you have tried you just can’t crack the code. There are people in your life but you worry they only tolerate you that they will eventually get burned out and leave. You are a passionate person you love theater, reading, crafting, anime, video games, and fantasy. Yet, no one seems as interested in those things as you are. You can find communities on the internet but you still feel lonely. You might have been told that women aren’t autistic but that isn't true.

When we've experienced unhealthy relationship dynamics or trauma, it can be hard to know how to trust ourselves and others. This can lead to low self-worth, codependency, repeating unwanted patterns, depression, or relational issues. Safely exploring what is at the core of these issues will allow you to live a more authentic and connected life. I work primarily with women who want to uncover their core beliefs and subconscious patterns in order to consciously create the life they desire. Unburden yourself by learning how to compassionately accept your story, process your emotions, and become the safe, loving place you yearn for.
