Navigating Relationships and Boundaries

This 10-session virtual support group will discuss relationships, how we navigate them post covid, and how to create healthy boundaries. This group will also benefit most people with anxiety and depression who find their struggles impact their relationships. Throughout the course of the group, we will discuss skill usage for identifying values and boundaries, as well as how to implement these boundaries through assertive communication and self-validation.
