This is a New York based virtual art therapy group for those seeking support in navigating recovery. Each week, there will be group discussion paired with an art therapy prompt designed to help you explore different aspects of yourself, your eating disorder, and your recovery. This group is open to people ages 18-26. All genders are welcome. This group is intended to be used as a tool in conjunction with individualized treatment. This group is not intended to replace individual psychotherapy.
