Navigating Dating In Today's World

This group meets virtually on Mondays from 6-7pm, where we will discuss the challenges related to dating, rejection, and vulnerability. The purpose of this group is to gain understanding of self, insight, support and developing skills to help manage the anxieties and fears towards dating. This is an open group.
