In this women only group, you will learn what happed to you and why, the techniques this type of abuser uses in and out of the relationship that keep you stuck for years after you leave the relationship. You will explore why your brain is so confused and why you no longer know who you are and begin to understand the trauma and PTSD this relationship caused you and gain tools to help you overcome it.

If you are an Adult Child of Emotionally Immature Parents and a Dysfunctional Family, this group is for you. In this women only group you will learn how and why your parent functioned the way they did and how that still impacts how you function in relationships and life today. You will be given tools to overcome the dysfunction and learn how to navigate the relationship if you choose to stay in it. You will also be given strong boundary tools to help you navigate all relationships while discovering the person you didn't get to be as a child.

If you have suffered abuse from a narcissist or someone pathological then this group is for you. This group is two part and for women only. The first part is educational, it explains the type of abuse and the tactics the abuser used to harm you, how you got targeted and how it affected you. The second part is a book study process group where you will dive deeper into the all aspects of this type of abuse, how to overcome it. You will also includes skills on how to date effectively without attracting another predatory abuser.
