My Sanctuary Healing Spiritual Abuse Recovery
Each Wednesday we meet for an hour from 7-8 pm EST over zoom for an open and welcoming group to all individuals who have experienced some type of religious or spiritual abuse. We provide psychological and spiritual support and individuals are welcome from any where in the world. The Group is facilitated by a psychotherapist who is an expert in religious abuse, along with two clergy colleagues who support healing, rather than proselytization.

Spiritual Rehab Group
We are forming a new time-limited group that will meet from 2/19/24- 4/29/24 on Mondays from 7:00-8:30 pm EST via Zoom. The group will offer a mix of psychoeducation about religious abuse and other forms of traum and will offer strategies for healing as well as encouraging community and support among the members. The group will be co-facilitated by two experts on religious trauma. Pre-screening and co-current therapy are requirements to join the Group.
