This group focuses on moms in need of support with either postpartum depression, anxiety, or just daily stressors with raising children. The group is also faith-based and integrates Christian principles along with proven techniques to help with mental health issues. We will meet on Fridays 10 am via Zoom for 45 min. Cost is $100 per month if self-paying. Insurances taken are UHC, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar, and Aetna.
