There’s no right or wrong amount of time to grieve the passing of your mother. Sometimes, these feelings can rush back years after your loss causing a continuous void. No matter the kind of relationship you had, losing your mother can feel overwhelming. Support is out there. There are many others just like you, who have stories of loss to share. This group will focus on the process of grief, family dynamics, attachment issues, support, and finding understanding with feelings and emotions.
