Mothering Together
This group welcomes expectant mothers and those currently raising their littles. Mothering has become an isolating experience and in our society and culture, and we rarely have the "village" that we need during the journey. In this group, we share our stories, support our fellow mamas, and explore and release the traumas we have experienced along the way. We are stronger together.

This 9-week group explores the 7 energy centers in our bodies and how to heal them. If our emotions are not released, they are stored in the body and can easily create mental and physical illness. In this group, we create a healing community to move energy from our body, release what no longer serves us, and master the tools to create a healthy energy flow.
