Moral Conflict (military/veteran) Online
This is a closed group that runs 4 weeks on a rotating basis. Servicemembers and Veterans explore moral injuries and develop coping skills to improve his/her quality of life/improve symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress. This is a judgment-free environment and themes related to grief, loss, trauma, spiritual denial/detachment, etc. are addressed. Coping skills and local resources are presented to support healthy lifestyles.

This group helps you to explore thoughts that block you from action and helps to create the emotional agility to perform at optimum levels in both your professional and your personal life.
