Healthy relationships are hard. Your specific needs around communication, sex, affection, space, shared hobbies or values, and so on may change throughout life. We've created workshops to work on boundaries, trust, connection/attachment, conflict management, communication skills, intimacy, sex/sexuality, among many other topics. These brief 4-hour workshops are great for pre-marital or post-marital skills. We can snack, chat, and learn. There will be experiential activities that practice, create, build, strengthen foundational skills and core concepts in intimate partner relationships.
