In The Mixed Adult Therapy Group men and women gain insight into their emotional and interpersonal lives and greater ability to change the behaviors that bring them into therapy. Problems with interpersonal relationships, dating, depression, anger, anxiety, grief, addictions, identity, motivation, success, and family relationships, among others, are dealt with in this group. The group is open to men and women of all ethnic and racial backgrounds, sexual orientations, and physical abilities. Young Adult Group, age 17 to 25 available.
