Mindfulness/Meditation for Stress Aliviation Eve
Google mindfulness-anderson-cooper-60-minutes for video. Evening Group. 6 to 8 pm This Group will meet for 8 weeks for 2 hours. Each weekly 2-hour class will consist of: 1st meditation for 30-45 minutes Instruction and discussion for 45 minutes to 1 hour 2nd meditation for 30-40 minutes. Benefits : Reduction in the levels anxiety, depression and stress. Improved brain function, ability to focus, improve perception and memory, development of intelligence as well as will power, lower blood pressure, decrease cigarette, alcohol and drug abuse, improve relations at work, Increase productivity.
