Mindfulness Skills Building (Middle School)
Saturday September 28th 11am-1:30pm- Middle School can be exciting and stressful! Mindfulness is a skill to help everyone learn to understand and cope with all their emotions. People of all ages can benefit from learning how to recognize emotions, understand what they are feeling and then talk through or cope more effectively. Mindfulness can help youth with anger, difficulty focusing, regulating all emotions as well as with worries.

I Can Keep Calm- (Managing BIG Emotions)
Labor Day Workshop! Monday Sept 2nd from 10:30-1pm, lunch included. This I Can Keep Calm Workshop is to help kids learn coping strategies to manage and regulate their big emotions at home, in school and in other social situations. As kids utilize their tools they learn, it will help build confidence, improve sleep, focus and social interactions. RSVP BY 8/28/24

G.I.R.L.S-ages 9-12yo-Monthly Peer Support
As girls navigate through their daily life, they often struggle with so many issues and often feel alone or that no one understands. These monthly peer support meetings provide girls a safe place to feel welcomed, safe, learn to build new friendships, help them to feel confident, gain self awareness, develop positive coping strategies, improve daily problem solving skills, including effective communication, and feel connected through healthy friendships. Time: 4:30-5:30pm- Dates: *Oct. 1st Nov. 5th Dec. 3rd Jan.7th Feb. 4th March 4th April 1 May 6th
