Mindfulness Meditation Group
This group focuses on the art and application of meditation through the lens of buddhism and all wisdom traditions combined with our current psychological understandings from neuroscience. Over the course of 12 weeks, we explore the basics of mindfulness, beginner meditation, pitfalls and struggles of the early practice, application to real life situations, and cultivation of positive emotions, including compassion, gratitude, loving kindness, and forgiveness. This classes is offered through our wellness studio, Bodhi Community Co-Op and is open to the public.
