Mindfulness Group
Learn coping skills and build ways to manage and maintain Peace and Calmness, come join and be involved in a dynamic experience of visualization of Peace. At each session, the skills of "resting" your brain and "relaxing" your body will be taught. The group goal is to reduce the level of anxiety, depression and irritability. Fees: I use two platforms that manage the billing and insurance fees: Sondermind, and Headway.

This therapeutic group is to help process the feelings of grief and stress from being a caregiver of a family member affected by Dementia. Learn ways to manage stress, grief, stress, and depression. After 25 years of working with elderly patients as a caseworker and specializing in the disease of Dementia. This group is needed, as caregivers, we ask ourselves: If I am doing everything right? Why does it feel terrible? Come join me and others who are facing this disease process. You are not alone. Fees: I use two platforms that take major insurance plans such as Kaiser, United, Anthem, Medicare, and such.
