Mindfulness for Emotional Health and Well-Being
Stressed? Anxious? Depressed? In this Three Hour Introduction to Everyday Mindfulness you will gain awareness of how training in mindfulness meditation can improve your Emotional Health and Well-Being. You will experience the benefits of mindfulness practice to reduce stress, sadness, and anxiety. You will develop skills to respond more positively to negative thoughts and distressing moods, live with more conscious presence, increase life enjoyment, and reawaken feelings of joy, equinimity and ease of well-being.
