If you are need to relax, retreat, and recharge, then this is for you. This yoga is gentle, restorative, and healing. We will be using a chair to engage. We offer two (2) age groups: (1) youth/adolescents; and, (2) for Adults only. *******During this time of the pandemic, we engage using Telehealth*********
